Bullet Proof Recipe

Earlier I shared my love for bullet proof coffee. I found that when I drank bullet proof coffee instead of eating a carb-heavy breakfast- I felt satisfied and energized for hours. Here is how I make my bullet proof coffee

Ingredients:

Hot Coffee (you can also use chai tea)

1 Tbsp MCT Oil

2 Tbsp Grass Fed Butter or Grass Fed Ghee

1 Tbsp of Heavy Cream

(Optional)
1 Tsp Sugar Free Hazelnut Syrup

Sprinkle of Cinnamon

Blend all ingredients together for 20 seconds until it looks like a foamy latte.
