Homemade Dill Pickle Chips

I love me a good flavourful chip, dill pickle being one of my favourites- I had to find a way to recreate these at home.

One afternoon while the kids were napping, I spotted a bag of mini potatoes that I had zero plans for. Immediately I started daydreaming about making chips out of them but thought it might be too much work for an impromptu recipe.

Then I thought to myself.. heck.. I will just figure it out as I start. So I just started!

The best part? I didn’t have to peel the potatoes! I just washed them, thinly sliced them, seasoned and air fried to PERFECTION.

Enough small talk.. here’s the EASY recipe:

Ingredients:
*Potatoes (mini or regular) doesn’t matter! I used a whole bag of minis – about 1.5 lbs.
*1 cup dill pickle juice (its literally just the juice from the pickle jar)
*1 tsp Garlic Salt
*1/2 tsp Dill Weed

Slice the potatoes up nice and thin and mix all ingredients together. If you have time let them soak for 30 minutes (max) with the juice and seasoning.

Airfry for 20 minutes at 350 degrees and enjoy! I dipped mine with Garlic Aioli but anything goes!
